Deductibility of VAT on costs related to the sale of shares

Following the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Skatteverket v. AB SKF (C-29/08), the Belgian Minister of Finance has recently revised the current national applicable policy in respect to the deduction of VAT paid on costs in relation to the sale of shares (Parliamentary question n° 299).
