Tine is partner in and the leader of the transfer pricing practice of BDO Belgium. She has more than 15 years of experience (amongst them 12 years in a Big Four office) in Transfer Pricing and tax-aligned supply chain issues for the automotive, chemicals, retail, mining, pharmaceutical, energy and financial services industries among others. She has extensive experience in assisting multinational companies establishing transfer prices, and assisted in several international supply chain management projects and conversion issues. Tine negotiated many APAs/rulings with the Belgian Service for Advance Decisions (ruling commission) on issues such as transfer pricing, conversion, permanent establishment, etc. She performed many transfer pricing risk assessments for companies, ranging from small to large multinational companies. Tine takes a hands-on and pragmatic approach and values delivering quality in a timely manner.
