BDO Deal & Valuation supported Blue Curseur Europe management in building a 5-year financial plan for the “BoothSquare” application and in performing an asset valuation model of this brand-new solution. 

BoothSquare is an online directory software that lists events (mainly trade fairs) from all over the world. The application already covers more than 160 countries and  50,000 events. The aim of BoothSquare is to bring organisers and exhibitors together easily and intuitively, enabling them to use the platform to manage the stand-booking process from A to Z.

For our valuation work, several valuation methods have been used from different income, market and costs approaches.
