Valuation of The Huggy’s Bar, a Belgian restaurant chain of gourmet burgers

In the context of a contemplated shareholding reorganization, BDO has conducted a valuation analysis of The Huggy’s Bar group.
Founded in 2012 by two Belgian entrepreneurs, The Huggy’s Bar offers an “Easygourmet” concept inspired by the American culture (with a Belgian touch) across its 10 restaurants situated in Liege, Brussels, Charleroi and Namur. The group employs approximately 150 full-time equivalents.
Our approach consisted mainly in a Discounted Cash Flow model highlighting the group’s value drivers through a break-up analysis of its main assets (restaurants, real estate, brands…).
