As part of a review of the Group’s value, BDO has conducted a valuation analysis to determine the fair value of the shares of HD ASSURANCES Group, a key player in the Walloon Brabant insurance sector.
The Group consists of 3 companies all active in insurance brokerage:
For our valuation work, several valuation methods have been weighted according to their estimated relevance. The valuation work was carried out using the Discounted Cash Flow method, the Multiple method and the Adjusted Net Asset Value Method; all these methods relied on sector-specific indicators/references.
