BDO Brussels Airport

Our BDO office in Zaventem is conveniently located near Brussels Airport, on the east side of Brussels, and is easily accessible by train, bus or car.

You may have noticed the tall, blue office buildings on your way to the airport or while driving on the Brussels Ring Road. We’re in the fifth building, Elsinore, where our logo is often visible from afar - especially on sunny days!

Getting here by train or bus

  • Train: Take the train to Zaventem station. From there, it’s either a 15-minute walk or a short bus ride to the office.
  • Bus: If you opt for the bus, get off at the "Zaventem Da Vinci" stop. From there, it’s just a one-minute walk to the entrance of the Elsinore building.

Once you arrive at the building Elsinore, use the terminal at the entrance to call our reception.

Getting here by car

  • Before coming to the office, make sure to register your licence plate in the Izix platform. For more information, please contact the reception desk.
  • Look for a street sign marked "BDO" near the Elsinore building.
  • Our underground car park has designated visitor spaces for BDO guests. Use the terminal on your left to call reception, and they’ll open the gate for you.

Inside the garage, follow the signs to the parking spaces marked for BDO visitors. From there, follow the sign to the entrance of building E. There’s a terminal at the door where you can call reception again. They’ll give you access to the lift to reach ground level. At ground level, switch lifts and head on up to the sixth floor where you’ll be greeted by our receptionists.

Roadworks near our Brussels Airport office.
Due to ongoing roadworks, access to our Brussels Airport office has changed.
These works are expected to last until early October 2025.

Please follow the recommended route to avoid detours:

  • Take exit 3-Zaventem-Henneaulaan from the E40
  • Follow Hector Henneaulaan
  • Turn left onto Hoogstraat
  • Continue straight onto Maalbeekweg/Lambroekstraat
  • Drive under the bridge and turn left onto Da Vincilaan

We recommend allowing extra travel time. Thank you for your understanding!
