Anne-Charlotte Lelièvre has worked for several years as a legal consultant specialised in corporate law. She joined BDO in 2012 and assists clients involved in acquisition and restructuring processes (M&A). She also provides tailored advice on specific company law matters, including employee shareholding plans and shareholders' agreements.
