Charline Leflot

Charline Leflot joined BDO in 2018 and is a Partner in Social Law. She holds a Master's degree in Law and an additional Master's degree in Social Law. She began her career at the Brussels Bar, where she gained significant experience as a lawyer specialising in labor law.
Charline advises Belgian and international companies on the legal aspects of Human Resources, both individual and collective.

Her expertise includes drafting employment contracts and employment-related policies, managing compensation and benefits, organizing working time, managing social relations, collective dismissals, and company closures. She also oversees the social aspects of due diligence processes and handles issues of international and cross-border employment matters.

Adopting a proactive approach, Charline focuses on quality and strives to offer solutions that support business activities.
