Ellen Keysers

Ellen Keysers is the Head of Real Estate Valuation and began her real estate career in Spain in 2005. Since 2011, she has focused her whole attention on real estate valuation.  
Ellen formerly worked for Stadim as a valuation expert, before becoming “Head of Valuation” at ADM Group and, until the end of January 2024, she was “Head of Valuation” at Colliers Belgium.  

In 2014, Ellen successfully completed her training as “Legal Expert – specialisation real estate” at Ghent University (and is therefore listed in the National Register of Court Experts - EXP6561846), in addition to her training in “Expertise techniques” at the same University in 2020. 

In 2021, she went on to qualify as an accredited member of both TEGOVA (The European Group of Valuers' Associations) and KAVEX (Chamber of Real Estate experts). Ellen is also accredited by Vlabel (Flemish Tax department).
