Joren De Kort

Joren has two bachelor degrees, one in “Real Estate – option Surveying”  
and one in “Legal Practice” (specialisation Real Estate). 

He began his career at Artumo (bailiff’s office) and worked there for two years before continuing as a valuation expert for Colliers Belgium.  

Joren is now reinforcing the team of Real Estate Valuation at BDO in the role of valuation expert. Joren is also accredited by Vlabel (Flemish Tax department). 

Besides conducting valuations, Joren has many years of experience in topographical surveys and is also an energy expert – type A (EPC).
