Katleen Coppens

Katleen Coppens is an Advisor at BDO Belgium, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role. She holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Fiscal Law from KUL and a Master’s in General Management from Vlerick Business School. Katleen joined BDO Belgium in 2016 and has over eight years of experience in Management Consulting. 

Throughout her career, Katleen has held various roles, including Change Manager, Project Manager, Process Analyst, Lean Consultant, and Organisational Design Consultant. She has worked across multiple industries such as insurance, telecom, social, public, and manufacturing, and has collaborated with organisations like Proximus, KBC Verzekeringen, De Lijn, P&V, and MLOZ. 

Katleen is certified in Change Management with Adkar Prosci and Agile Project Management with Prince2. Her versatile skills include proficiency in Office, Visio, Power BI, and Jira. She is trilingual, fluent in Dutch, French, and English. 

Katleen is known for her analytical, structured, pragmatic, and flexible approach, with a strong focus on people. She leverages her expertise in change management and process improvement to support clients in various strategic projects, ensuring effective and sustainable outcomes.
