Kim Van den Bergh

Kim Van Den Bergh started her professional career in HR as a recruitment consultant. In 2006, she shifted her focus towards payroll and began working as a payroll consultant. Over the years, she gained extensive experience and progressed to a leadership role, managing a small payroll office. 

Since 2017, Kim has been responsible for the BDO payroll team in Belgium. This team handles payroll calculations for both national and international clients, guiding them through the complexities of the Belgian payroll system from A to Z.
