Lara Delloye

Lara Delloye is a Manager at BDO Belgium, having joined the company in 2020. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Université Libre de Bruxelles, where she explored the impact of relocating Brussels public sector organisations on work practices. Lara has also acquired several certifications, including ADKAR PROSCI in Change Management, Digital Transformation from Vlerick Business School, and New Ways of Working certification from HEC Liège. 

Before joining BDO, Lara gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at Lineas, focusing on digital transformation and continuous improvement projects. Her role involved improving operational processes, organisational transformation, and onboarding external partners. 

At BDO, Lara leverages her expertise in project management, change management, and New Ways of Working (NWoW) to support various clients. She has successfully managed significant change and NWoW projects, including developing a new teleworking policy and inter-team agreements for Parking Brussels, and defining a vision and roadmap for NWoW practices at ASTRID. She also played a crucial role in organisational transformation for Proximus and SPW MI, adopting activity-based working behaviours tailored to various personas.
