Michel Comblin

Michel Comblin has 30 years’ experience in providing tax advice to national and international companies active in the industrial, commercial, service and property sectors. The companies he advises are owned by family shareholders, by “private equity” or are listed. He has developed special expertise in restructurings as well as in taxation of groups and in “deferred taxes”. Armed with this experience, he also assists our customers both during tax audits and to obtain rulings. He is a member of the Competence Center International Corporate Tax.
