Michel Neirinckx

Michel Neirinckx is a Partner in the Management Consulting practice at BDO Belgium, where he has been working since 2013. Michel holds a Master in Business Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management at Brussels University. 

With a rich background in both large international companies and start-ups, Michel has honed his expertise in various domains including strategy definition and deployment, organisation design and transformation, and operational excellence. His specialties also encompass lean management, sales effectiveness, process and performance management, and project and program management. 

At BDO Belgium, Michel's responsibilities include developing and adapting consulting services to align with evolving management methods, staying abreast of sector advancements to identify opportunities for clients, tailoring project methodologies to meet specific client expectations, and coaching consultant teams to deliver successful projects. Before joining BDO, Michel held managerial roles at ING and Euroclear and consolidated his consulting skills at firms like PwC and Deloitte. 

Michel’s experience spans working with both large international organisations and medium-sized enterprises, making him adept at handling various business contexts and challenges. His dedication to continuous improvement and client satisfaction plays a crucial role in the success of BDO Belgium's Management Consulting initiatives.
