Sébastien Collard

Sébastien Collard joined BDO in 2008 and serves as the PO (Product Owner) responsible for corporate tax compliance. He holds a Master in Tax Management from Solvay Business School and became a certified tax consultant with the ITAA in 2014. 

Sébastien’s role includes supervising tax returns for corporate income tax purposes, coordinating and following up on reorganisation files for Belgian companies, and drafting memorandums related to tax optimisations. He also coordinates interactions with the Administration concerning tax disputes and drafts prefiling and ruling requests to the Advance Rulings Service. 

Beyond his core tasks, he is actively involved in presenting and participating in seminars, including BDO Tax Breakfasts, AKT, Cercle de Wallonie and the Forum for The Future. Sébastien's extensive expertise and dedication make him a vital part of BDO Belgium's Corporate Tax Compliance team, providing clients with insightful and tailored tax solutions.
