He further strenghtened his expertise in Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance at ING and KBC, advising private companies and family business shareholders on Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory operations.
Over the past 20 years, Sebastien has led numerous transactions involving the sale and acquisition of companies across various sectors, including agrofood, HVAC, automotive, engineering, public works, industrial services, and IT. Notable transactions include the sale of Vanhulen High Precision Springs to Groupe Meca, the sale of Euresys to TKH Group or the sale of Fastback to EAG Portiva. Sebastien holds a Master degree in Applied Economics from the Louvain School of Management.
