BDO Belgium and BDO Luxembourg have partnered up in a joint venture to provide a range of services tailored to the unique needs of clients in the cross-border region. As part of this collaboration, the two entities have opened two new offices in Pommerloch and Arlon. “Clients in the cross-border area can now rely on a single point of contact, where all local expertise in finance, accounting, and taxation from both countries is brought together,” state Fabrice Grognard and Jacques Peffer, members of the Boards of Directors of BDO Belgium and BDO Luxembourg.
Local presence and proximity are core values shared by BDO’s consultants. This joint venture reflects that commitment. “In the border areas of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, we often meet clients who have interests in both countries or who need expertise that’s not readily available locally. They can now turn to one point of contact with all the necessary knowledge in-house,” add Fabrice Grognard and Jacques Peffer. This offers significant added value and saves entrepreneurs in the region valuable time. “This new entity also allows us to make a wide range of expertise available to clients in both countries.”
The joint venture offices are now open in Pommerloch, Luxembourg, and Arlon, Belgium. In addition to cross-border fiduciary services, this new structure connects entrepreneurs with the multidisciplinary skills of more than 1,500 professionals from BDO Belgium and BDO Luxembourg. Their expertise spans diverse fields, including audit, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and transformation, digitalisation, ESG, and interim management.
