Setting the right conditions before the work begins

We align with your sponsor and prepare the basis for the workshops. This phase ensures everyone enters the cycle with a shared understanding of scope, expectations, and governance and that the right internal voices are in the room from day one.

Questionnaire

Before workshop 1: every participant completes a short online questionnaire (10-15 minutes), mapping their current AI use, readiness and barriers so Workshop 1 immediately starts from their current position.

The cycle closes with a structured readout for your sponsor and leadership team, packaged with a use case backlog, an enablement pack, and everything your teams need to sustain momentum independently.
