Baudouin Van de Werve de Schilde

Baudouin van de Werve joined BDO in 2020 to support the development of Interim Management services in Brussels & Walloon Brabant. He began his career in the communication sector as a consultant before transitioning to the corporate world. In the corporate sector, Baudouin focused on the medical industry, where he led several national and international projects. 

In 2017, Baudouin moved into recruitment, initially serving as a head hunter and executive search consultant. He then specialised in Interim Management, leveraging his diverse experience to assist organisations in finding suitable interim leaders. His background in communication and project management in the medical field enhances his ability to address clients’ strategic and operational needs. 

Baudouin continues to contribute to the growth and success of BDO’s Interim Management services, helping businesses navigate transformation and change. His expertise supports clients in achieving their goals through effective interim solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
