Jens Dierckx

Jens gained his bachelor degree in Real Estate at the AP University of Applied Sciences and Arts Antwerp and began his professional career in 2013 as a real estate agent at De Boer & Partners.   

In 2019, he started as valuation expert at ADM Group and joined the Valuation department at Colliers as from the end of 2021. At BDO, Jens now works as a Senior Valuation Expert. 
He gained his certification from KAVEX (Chamber of Read Estate experts) in 2023 and is also accredited by Vlabel (Flemish Tax department).  

In 2023, Jens initiated steps towards his TEGOVA accreditation (The European Group of Valuers' Associations).
