Jo Heijse

Jo Heijse is a Partner at BDO Belgium and an IT professional with a passion for accounting and business processes. He joined BDO Digital (formerly Crossroad Consulting) in 2008, bringing with him extensive experience in financial business analysis and consultancy. Jo holds a Master in Accountancy from Vlerick Management School and a Master in Applied Economics from the University of Ghent. 

Before joining BDO Digital, Jo worked as a Business Consultant Financials and Project Manager Financials, managing national and international projects across various countries, including Belgium, the Netherlands, and the USA. He has also served as a Business Unit Manager and Financial Business Analyst, where he was involved in business development, pre-sales activities, and managing the performance of the financial unit. 

At BDO Digital, Jo leverages his 25 years of experience in implementing enterprise solutions such as ERP, Finance, and Project Portfolio Management. He is proficient in several systems, including IBS Enterprise, Clarity PPM, and Salesforce. Jo combines IT skills with business expertise to support clients effectively. 

Jo's approach involves a pragmatic implementation of best practices, utilising multidisciplinary teams to deliver tangible results. His focus is on client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
