The BDO Starterdays in the Ardennes are three exciting days filled with activities to launch your career at BDO in the best possible way. You’ll bond with new colleagues, create long-lasting memories, and get all the info you need to make your career count.

Get to know your new colleagues

Your adventure starts the moment you arrive at your local office. After getting to know your team, you’ll depart together by bus towards Wildtrails, a beautiful location in the middle of the Ardennes.

In the following three days, you'll find yourself sitting by the campfire with your team members, sharing dinners with colleagues from other departments or taking part in workshops with people from other offices.

You'll quickly discover that BDO is all about working in a personal way. By the end of these three days, those new faces will already feel like familiar colleagues, ready to grow together.

Great work requires great tools. Before leaving the Ardennes, we make sure you’re fully equipped and ready to go. While our IT team provides you with all the tech support you need, our HR colleagues dive a little deeper into our policies, benefits and resources.

Once you’re officially ready to make your career count, there’s only one thing left for you to do: collect the keys to your electric company car and take place in the driver’s seat of your career together.
